Philosophy
Day Early Learning’s Theory of Teaching and Learning states that every child is competent & capable, learns through relationships with adults and peers, constructs knowledge from diverse experiences, learns and develops at a unique and individual pace, and is constantly learning. As a result of these core beliefs, we are committed to ensuring every child has access to the educational resources they need to thrive.
About our program
Day Early Learning Lilly Family Center has been providing high-quality early learning in the community for over 50 years. An oasis in the heart of midtown, we provide hands-on learning in our spacious classrooms and natural outdoor green spaces.
At Day Early Learning Lilly Family Center, your child will grow and learn in a top-notch environment. With only six classrooms, this center is small and close-knit with a family feel. We offer developmentally appropriate indoor learning centers, along with natural outdoor play spaces that include gardens where the children are able to plant, weed, water and harvest fruits and vegetables. Classrooms are designed to provide a fun learning environment and are outfitted with developmentally appropriate learning materials to allow your child to explore and learn.

Admissions
Our goal is to provide high-quality, accredited early care and education at a price all families can afford. As a nonprofit organization, Day Early Learning is proud to offer multiple opportunities for financial aid and assistance. We welcome many different financial aid options, including Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) vouchers, On My Way Pre-K and our own tuition assistance program. We would be happy to discuss these with you once you begin the enrollment process.
