Philosophy

Day Early Learning’s Theory of Teaching and Learning believes every child is competent & capable, learns through relationships with adults and peers, constructs knowledge from diverse experiences, learns and develops at a unique and individual pace, and is constantly learning. As a result of these core beliefs, we are committed to ensuring every child has access to the educational resources they need to thrive.

About our program

Day Early Learning at Manual is Early Learning Indiana’s newest high-quality early learning center, serving families who live or work on Indianapolis’ south side.

Located in the former Emmerich Manual High Schook, which is now home to Christel House Academy South, the center offers early care and learning to children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. All pre-K students can automatically enroll in kindergarten at Christel House Academy South without going through the lottery.
