Our Teachers

As someone who has been working in child care for eight years, I can honestly say that it’s been one of the most fulfilling professions I’ve ever had. However, my journey with children started way before my professional career. As the eldest of my siblings, I began taking care of them since I was only eight years old. Looking back, I realize that those early years of caregiving instilled in me a deep love and passion for working with children.

Throughout my years of working in child care, I have been fortunate to work with children of all ages and from all walks of life. Whether it’s infants, toddlers, or school-aged children, each age group has its own unique set of joys and challenges. But no matter the age, what I love most about working with children is the opportunity to watch them grow and learn.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing the bright smiles on the children’s faces as they achieve new milestones and overcome challenges. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of watching a child take their first steps or hearing them speak their first words. It’s these small but significant moments that remind me of the importance of my role as a caregiver and teacher.

Philosophy

As a childcare provider, my philosophy centers around creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the natural curiosity and creativity of children. I believe that children learn best through play and exploration, and my approach to childcare is heavily influenced by nature-based and play-based practices.

One of the key tenets of my philosophy is that children benefit greatly from spending time outdoors and engaging with the natural world. I strive to incorporate outdoor play and exploration into our daily routine, providing ample opportunities for children to explore the natural environment and learn about the world around them. Whether it’s exploring the garden, collecting rocks and leaves, or simply taking a walk through the woods, I believe that spending time outside is essential for children’s physical and mental well-being.

In addition to nature-based practices, I also emphasize play-based learning. I believe that children learn best when they are engaged in play that is meaningful to them, and I strive to create an environment that encourages exploration, experimentation, and creativity. I provide a variety of open-ended materials and toys that allow children to explore and learn in their own unique ways. Whether it’s building with blocks, painting, or engaging in imaginative play, I believe that play is an essential component of a child’s development.

Above all, my philosophy centers around creating a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and loved. I believe that every child is unique and has their own individual needs and interests, and I strive to create a space where children can express themselves freely and feel valued for who they are. I am committed to building strong relationships with both children and families, and I believe that open communication and collaboration are key to creating a successful childcare experience.

About our program

Hi there, my name is Audrey and I am the proud owner of Tiny Blessing Early Learnings. Our program has been up and running for 2 years now, and I must say, it has been an incredibly fulfilling journey so far.

As a nature lover myself, I wanted to create a program that not only educates young children but also exposes them to the beauty and wonder of the natural world. Hence, we have developed a nature-based curriculum that incorporates various outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking, and exploring the local flora and fauna.

In addition, we strongly believe that children learn best through play. Therefore, we have also designed a play-based learning program that encourages our students to explore, experiment and express their creativity. We provide ample opportunities for our children to engage in imaginative play, sensory activities, and artistic expression.

One of our unique offerings is our Spanish program. We recognize the importance of learning a second language, and we have dedicated resources to teach our students the basics of Spanish. We believe that early exposure to a second language can give our children a head start in their academic and personal lives.

At Tiny Blessing Early Learnings, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our students. We take pride in our experienced and qualified staff who are passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential.

If you’re looking for a child care program that values nature, play, and language learning, then look no further than Tiny Blessing Early Learnings. We would be delighted to welcome your child into our program and help them embark on a journey of discovery and growth.
