Philosophy
At KK’s Childcare we believe that every child learns differently. We strive to include many types of leanings. We believe children develop physically, cognitively, socially and emotionally through play based learning. Play based learning is a holistic approach with a strong focus on imaginations, freedom, and experiential education. As well as developmental learning, which includes attachment, socal learning, and sociocultural theories. With these in mind we focus on a lot of hands-on activities with teacher-led learning, and direct instruction. We believe children work better in small groups, which makes home based childcare ideal. Our goal is to have a comfortable environment where children are safe and free to explore. We are committed to providing the best possible childcare experience!!
