Also hold a Associate Of Applied Science Degree- Medical Assisting , Office Management and Phlebotomy. Loves working with kids, also ran her own Youth Teen Travel Group in the Past.

My Personal Philosophy at Circle Of Child Care, LLC . I believe that life is all about gaining knowledge and sharing we have learned with others. I feel that education is a lifelong process and the building blocks of learning are developed in the early stages of life. The early years of elementary school are one of the first places places that building blocks of learning are established. Early child hood education should provide the academic social, and emotional basics to children. I feel deserve to have the highest quality of education that can be provided to them. All educators should be a strong example to their students, by displaying enthusiasm for learning. Early childhood education should have great patience and the ability to adapt to quick situations. I believe a teacher should have effective class management skills and needs to use them everyday on their classroom. A good early childhood educator is knowledgeable and conscious of how children develop. An important part of a good education is that teachers create developmentally appropriate class lessons that utilize the state standards. I also believe the quality of education comes from the teachers who strive to prepare lessons that meet the needs of their individual children. An excellent teacher should always evaluate their lessons after they have been implemented and see what worked or didnt work. They should make improvements where they are needed. They should give students opportunities to share their thoughts and ideas throughout the day. Teachers should recognize each child as an individual with unique strengths and weaknesses. The teacher’s job is to help children improve everyday. My role in working in working with families, is to establish positive and productive relationships with families. I establish trust and respect, as well as keep open communication with the parents/guardians of the children in my care at all times. I welcomed and talk with my parents each and every single day at drop off and pick up. I share with the parents how their child’s day has gone. I show parents that I genuinely care about their child and their success by asking if their some sort of disciplinary action plan, they have at home that they will be willing to share with me to attempt eliminating the negative behavior while on their learning environment.
