About our program
Head Start is a federally funded program that provides comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, and parent involvement services to preschool age children and their families. Families must meet income guidelines to qualify, and this program is FREE.
Early Head Start is a federally funded program serving pregnant women and children from birth to three years of age. Families must meet income guidelines and be working fulltime/attending school full time to qualify. This program is $100/week and accepts CCDF vouchers. The hours of operation for this program are 6:00am-5:00pm, childcare hours based on your work/school schedule.
Full Day/ Full Year provides preschool AND childcare for parents who are working fulltime and/or attending school. Serving children ages 3-5 years old. This program is $75/week and accepts CCDF vouchers. The hours of operation for this program are 6:00am-5:00pm.
Home -Base Option program operates with a home visitor. Visits occur in the family’s home for 1.5 hours weekly. These visits focus on working with the parent to help the child explore, learn and grow. These families meet 2 times per month for playgroups. Head Start families take monthly field trips.
