Philosophy

Our onboarding philosophy focuses on fostering children’s development through various learning centers and hands-on experiences, with activities promoting social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. We provide a multicultural curriculum tailored to children’s interests and needs, with opportunities for both group and individual exploration, including outdoor play. In addition, our additional philosophy emphasizes creating a safe and secure environment where each child is valued as an individual, fostering self-worth, new learning experiences, and overall development with the involvement of trained staff and encouragement of parental engagement.

Location

Our program is located at 325 Blackman St Clinton Indiana. We have bus pick up and drop of from both Van Duyn and Central Elementary School. We are in walking distance from the Library and The CRC building right in town.

Admissions

All enrollment papers are to be filled out on the playground management system with the exception of the food program papers. Enrollment forms need to be completed before the child’s first day of care. A physical examination form with record of up-to-date immunizations, signed by your physician is required within 30 days of enrollment. Additionally, you must provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate upon enrollment. Each child’s information is kept confidential and secured in a locked cabinet in addition to a digital copy on the computer. Enrollment will not be accepted over the phone. Before a child can be accepted, parents/guardians and children are required to meet the director to tour the facility. During the tour, the philosophy and all policies are discussed. Fee schedules are also explained to the parents. Children with special physical or emotional needs will be accepted if the program is determined to be in the child’s best interest, and/or if the child does not require an inordinate amount of staff time that would detract from other child care, in accordance with Title III of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
