Our Teachers
All of our staff at Hill Top Care have completed the required training, mandated by the state of Indiana. In addition, all staff completes 20 hours of additional education each year along with CPR certification and first aid.
Philosophy
Our education philosophy is that all young children develop and learn best when they have opportunities to observe, and be a part of respectful, supportive and friendly adult-child and child-child interactions.
Location
Hill Top Care is conveniently located off of State Road 39. We have easy drop off and pick up location at the back of our building for your convenience. Hill Top Care is nestled in a small town with very little traffic. We are located right next to our hometown elementary and in walking distance to a library and a park.
About our program
At Hill Top Care, our goal is to provide a secure child and parent centered environment where all children, parents and their families feel welcome and valued. Children participate in a program of educational challenging activities and supportive personal interactions planned to foster their social, physical, emotional and intellectual development. All of our staff is responsible for working with children parents, they’re important, family members, and other staff members in the spirit of collaboration and dedication.
