Hello, my name is Blanca Ponce, and I bring a wealth of childcare experience to the table. I have had the privilege of working in the school district as a Spanish immersion teacher for kindergarten and 1st grade, although I have also worked with various age groups throughout my career. What I find most rewarding about working with students is the opportunity to create an environment where each child can flourish and learn at their own unique pace. Witnessing their language acquisition and its transformation into new skills is an incredible journey. With two kids of my own, a 3 ½ year old and a 4-year-old, I deeply understand the challenges of finding high-quality childcare in the area. Motivated by this, I made the decision not only to enhance my own children’s early childhood education but also to contribute to the betterment of my community’s childcare services.

Our childcare facility comprises three thoughtfully designed rooms, each tailored to create a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere for young minds to thrive. We understand the importance of rest, and we’ve even dedicated a special nap room to ensure your child’s comfort. Additionally, our outdoor space is a true gem, boasting a backyard complete with a small playground and surrounded by magnificent pine trees, allowing our students to engage in safe and delightful outdoor playtime, fostering a love for nature and exploration. At Forest Friends, LLC, we offer a holistic approach to childcare that combines the comforts of home with the beauty of the natural world.
