Nuestros profesores

My name is Abbi Holcomb, and I have owned my childcare and been licensed for 21 years in the state of Indiana. I am married to amazing an man who completes all my crazy projects and supports me in my adventures. He as well has had all he requirements completed to be a staff member, as well as our amazing 3 daughters. We love to have high school and college students job shadow us as well. Little Monkeys is constantly learning new strategies, taking classes and growing as a childcare. I am currently completing Paths To Quality level 2, striving for Level 4.

Filosofía

Maximizing each child’s potential and offering the best facility and resources we can, means we will continue to seek grants and funding to offer that. Learning is taught through play and hands on activities. Allowing each child to learn at their own pace and continue to grow. Our goal is to have each child successfully prepared for kindergarten, to be self sufficient, responsible, and respectful.

Little Monkeys uses Pocket of Preschool Curriculum.

“POP implements a theme based curriculum. It is designed to facilitate learning through hands-on activities both teacher-led and student-led. We offer lessons and activities in the areas of language and literacy, math, science, creative arts, gross and fine motor and social skills (character education). It is based on current research, state and national standards, common core and aligned with the kindergarten curriculum.” Jackie-Creator of POP. Along with Kindergarten Smorgasboard Alphabet Bootcamp.

Acerca de nuestro programa

Little Monkeys celebrates all holidays and every child’s birthday!!! We have fun celebrations along with Muffins with Moms and Donuts with Dad. We put on a Christmas musical that families can attend. In the summer we have a pool party for all parents to meet and the kiddos have a blast.

We offered a preschool, center based classroom where we learn through play and hands on activities.

Little Monkeys strives for every child to be independent, responsible, and a good human.

Admisiones

An application/enrollment fee is $125. This covers your child’s items needed for the school year. This is not the deposit. A deposit is made when you agree to a spot and are accepted. The deposit will go towards their first week of childcare.
