Our staff is CPR/AED, First Aid, Universal Precautions and Safe Sleep certified. We have also gone through and passed TB tests, drug tests, and extensive background checks, including FBI finger printing. We strongly believe in continuing education. Each of our staff members receives 25 credit hours of training per year in the early childhood field. Our Lead Teachers have degrees in many areas, including Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, and more. Those with out a degree from an accredited university in Elementary Education, Child Development, or Early Childhood Education, either have a Child Development Associate or are in the process of achieving it. We take Early Childhood Education seriously and our teachers are a leading example of the importance we put on education in the early years!
