Nuestros profesores

Our dedicated teachers are highly qualified and committed to excellence in early childhood education. All Lead Teachers have completed the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) 45-hour training and hold active Florida Child Care Provider Credentials, National Child Development Associate (CDA) credentials, or advanced degrees at the associate, bachelor’s, or master’s level. Assistant Teachers meet the same qualifications or, at a minimum, have completed the DCF 45-hour training. In keeping with our commitment to continuous growth and high standards, all staff and faculty participate in annual in-service and professional development training through the Florida Department of Children and Families or the Office of the Superintendent of Schools for the Diocese of St. Augustine.

Filosofía

At our school, we strive to create a safe and caring community of young explorers rooted in Christ. Our program integrates the Frog Street Curriculum with Conscious Discipline, supporting the whole child, spiritually, socially, emotionally, and academically.

We provide a learning environment where children learn through doing, invent through creating, and develop problem-solving skills by working together in a spirit of cooperation and respect. Grounded in Catholic values, we encourage kindness, responsibility, and gratitude as children grow in their faith and understanding of God’s world.

We believe that when children are truly engaged with their environment, something special happens. Our team of experienced and innovative teachers thoughtfully designs learning experiences inspired by the interests and ideas of the children, nurturing curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Ubicación

Our program is located in the heart of the Wildlight community in Yulee, a thoughtfully planned and family-centered neighborhood known for its welcoming atmosphere, walkability, and strong sense of community. Wildlight is designed with families in mind, featuring nearby parks, green spaces, playgrounds, and community gathering areas that encourage outdoor play, connection, and healthy living.

Our center is conveniently situated near local neighborhoods and schools, making drop-off and pick-up easy for busy families. The surrounding area is safe, clean, and growing, offering a peaceful environment that supports learning and exploration. Families appreciate the close proximity to parks and nature areas, which complement our focus on hands-on learning and appreciation for God’s creation.

With accessible roadways and nearby community amenities, our location allows families to feel connected while enjoying the charm of a close-knit neighborhood. Being part of the Wildlight community enables our center to partner with families in creating a supportive, nurturing environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
