Angelia Hough Owner/Director

Angelia opened her business as a registered provider serving 10 children, staying on her career path her home was licensed in 2002. Recognizing the demand for childcare services, she was licensed as a Large Family Childcare Home serving 20 children with one employee operating 2 shifts. Since her business open in 2001, Angelia has had over 15 children graduate from the Hough Large Family Childcare Home. Angelia is very competent in providing an effective program. She is very aware of the need in Palatka/Putnam area for reliable and affordable childcare services as well.

Angelia has expanded her business beyond the restrictions of her home to better meet the needs of children and families. The new center is located at 405 Pine Street in Palatka. It is state licensed for 157 children. The Center’s Leadership consists of the following individuals and positions:

Assistant Director/ Pre-k Teacher: Cathy Wesley

Cathy has 22 years of experience working with children she very knowledgeable, articulated loving, caring and dependable person who adorns working with children.

3 Years Old and School Age Teacher: Paula Barrow Paula has 20 Years of experience working with children she very knowledgeable, articulated, loving, caring and dependable person who love multitasking between age groups. Paula is patient to the need of all children in her care the challenge of meeting all their needs.

God’s Little Creations Childcare Center welcome all children and families to our childcare center. What we are offering to you and your children is much more than childcare. We are offering an extended family, support system that nurtures all of us. Our goal is to ensure every child who enters kindergarten will possess the language, social, self-help skills, early literacy, mathematical concepts and self-confidence necessary for success in kindergarten and throughout their early years of school.

As providers, it is also our goal to provide a safe, stable and caring environment for this learning to take place. It is our responsibility to provide age-appropriate activities that are creative and interesting in a full range of development areas and remain informed and updated on new methods of training. It is also our practice to understand that each child is an individual and needs to be respected for his or her personal objective. It is our belief that by giving children a safe, stable, loving environment where learning takes place through a variety of creative, fun activities the children will meet, if not exceed, all their developmental and personal goals.
