Director, Mary Kemphaus brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and hands-on experience. A proud graduate of UCLA, Mary earned her degree in Sociology with a minor in Early Childhood Development. Her academic foundation equips her with a deep understanding of the social and emotional factors that influence a child’s growth, as well as the developmental milestones essential for fostering confident, happy learners.
Mary’s dedication to nurturing young minds blossomed during her time working with children in Los Angeles, where she developed and implemented creative, play-based learning programs tailored to each child’s unique needs. Her ability to connect with children on an individual level, coupled with her warm, empathetic approach, earned her the trust and admiration of both parents and caregivers.
In addition to her professional expertise, Mary is a lifelong advocate for early education and believes in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
