Our Teachers

Keivia Pagotte is the Owner, Director, and Lead Teacher of Kiddies Castle Family Daycare & Preschool. With over 16 years of experience in childcare, she is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Keivia is licensed and has completed Licensing Orientation, CPR and First Aid Certification, Health and Safety Prevention Training, and Mandated Reporter Training. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and safety for every child in her program.

Fluent in Spanish and with basic English communication skills, Keivia provides a warm and welcoming bilingual environment that helps children develop confidence, social skills, and a love for learning.

She founded Kiddies Castle Family Daycare & Preschool out of her passion for supporting young children during their most important developmental years. Her goal is to provide personalized attention, hands-on learning experiences, and a strong educational foundation that prepares children for future success. Keivia believes that every child is unique and deserves to feel valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Philosophy

Our program is centered on providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences. We believe every child is unique and deserves individualized attention to support their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Our bilingual approach encourages confidence in both English and Spanish while helping children build independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. Through hands-on activities, positive guidance, and strong family partnerships, we prepare children for success in school and beyond.

Our daycare is conveniently located in Sunnyvale, in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood near major technology campuses including Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Meta. We are easily accessible from Highway 101 and Mathilda Avenue, making drop-off and pick-up convenient for busy working families. Our location is close to parks, community resources, and outdoor recreational areas, providing opportunities for children to explore and learn about the world around them.
