Fran Louie is a dedicated childcare provider with experience as a nanny and caregiver. She is passionate about helping children learn and grow in a loving and supportive environment.

At Sunshine Kids SF, Fran provides a bilingual (English & Persian) daycare program focused on play-based learning, social-emotional development, and creativity. With small group sizes, each child receives personalized care and attention in a warm, home-like setting.

Fran believes that kids learn best through play, and her program encourages language immersion, exploration, and hands-on activities to support early learning and development.
