About Ana Sara Rodriguez Founder and educator at Caring Hearts Christian Daycare, Ana Sara has over 7 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. She holds a solid academic background with a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from San Francisco State University, with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education, Education, and Special Education.

With experience working at a university daycare, as a nanny, and now as the provider of a high-quality home-based childcare program, Ana Sara brings together academic knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a deep commitment to the well-being and development of every child.

Her greatest strength lies in providing individualized care, actively listening to each family’s needs, and creating a nurturing, structured, and inspiring environment where every child is welcomed as unique and special.

Caring Hearts Christian Daycare is unique in its own way. We are not just another Family Childcare in the city of San Francisco. Ana Sara has worked hard to obtain her BA in child development and her two minors in Education and Special Education in order to provide families and children the best care possible. At CHCD, we are family driven and encourage family involvement in many ways such as sharing information with families about their child’s development and their progress. Although we are a play-based, dual lingual immersion, Montessori and Reggio Emilia inspired program, it does not mean that your child will be bored all day. Quite the opposite, we have a daily schedule where children know what to expect next (children to best when they know what is next in their routine and we have seen this in many studies), children learn to interact with others, learn important skills such as language and literacy, nature, hygiene, social emotional skills, and many more that will prepare them to leave our program ready to start kindergarten. Our parents can rest assured that our number one priority is the safety and well-being of their child always and at all times.
