Hello! I am Angelica Reyes, the founder of Little Munchkins Playhouse Wonderschool. As a mother of a three year old daughter and a 12-year-old son, I was inspired to start my own program because I saw a need for high-quality care in my community. I have seven years of experience working with young children.

Prior to opening my own program, I was a teacher’s assistant at Wathsworth Elementary in Los Angeles working with elementary school students. I have always loved working with kids. Those who know me best would describe me as kind-hearted, patient, hard working and honest. My sister-in-law has been running her child care program for 13 years and encouraged me to open my own preschool. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made because I thoroughly enjoy helping every child learn, grow and succeed.

Our Commitment

We are parents, too! We at Little Munchkins Playhouse Wonderschool believe in safe, clean fun for kids of all ages. Your little ones are important to us, and we would like to help make their learning as fun, safe and memorable as possible!

I provide home-cooked meals and transportation to/from school if needed. Here, children learn how to become independent and learn motor skills, shapes, letters, and numbers. I also help children with potty training. I’m flexible with hours as I know that parents often have challenging schedules. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to schedule a tour or discuss extended care!

Little Munchkins Playhouse Wonderschool is located in a spacious, welcoming single family home in the Pico Rivera neighborhood.

Children will have some outdoor time every day in my beautiful outdoor classroom filled with fun activities and games, gardening and safe play equipment. Connecting with nature is vital to a child’s happiness and growth.

At Little Munchkins Playhouse Wonderschool, I want to provide a loving home away from home.

Come see what makes Little Munchkins Playhouse Wonderschool unique. If we are currently hosting tours, you can request or schedule a tour at the top of this page. If we are not currently hosting tours, you’ll see a “Request Info” button at the top of this page; if you submit your information using this button, we will notify you when we start host tours again in the future.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
