Hello! I am Victoria Tapia, the founder of Tapia’s Family Child Care Wonderschool. I was inspired to start my own program because I saw a need for high-quality care in my community. I have 5 years of experience working with young children.

My goal is to help children with their needs, preparing them for their first day of school with creative activities and a quality care environment.

I will implement a pre-school and education program for infants and young children. Our daily activities include reading books, coloring, dramatic play, building with blocks, music, dance and outdoor games that will help prepare the child for success in school and beyond.

Tapia’s Family Child Care Wonderschool is located in a warm, beautiful single family home in the Los Angeles neighborhood.

We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include dramatic play area (for self-expression and empathy), a reading / cozy area (for literacy, relaxation, and respite), and art area (for expressing emotions and ideas).

Children will have some outdoor time every day in my private yard or outdoor space. Children need space to run, jump, and move!

At Tapia’s Family Child Care Wonderschool, I want to provide a loving home away from home.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
