Sandra Cortes, OWNER
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings over eight years of experience working with children. She is the owner of Top Stars Face Painting, a children’s entertainment company. She has successfully passed a background check and completed the following professional training:

Philosophy
- Christian Bilingual STEAM We base our learning activities on each child’s interests, integrating art, science, technology, math, sports, music, and dance to promote learning through play. We also maintain a strict no-screens policy to encourage creativity, social interaction, and hands-on exploration.
Location
We are located in Burbank, CA, on La Buena Vista St, between Chandler and Magnolia in a single-family home. We offer easy access to public transportation and all amenities; we are close to the library and just 5 minutes from the 5, 101, and 134 freeways. We are situated in a truly quiet and above all very safe neighborhood!
About our program
Welcome to Top Stars Childcare, a licensed family Christian childcare located in Burbank, CA. We provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for children ages 2 months to 10 years. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options, including before school, after school, part and full time care. We are a bilingual program (Spanish & English) and provide nutritious meals and snacks.
