Hello! I am Aida Ramos, the founder of Aida’s Wonderschool. I was inspired to start my own program because I have loved working with children since I was young. I have 3 years of experience working with young children. I also have my AA in early childhood education.
Philosophy
At Aida’s Wonderschool, we run a play based program that supports the social and emotional development of all children. We believe in that educating children should be rooted in love and comfortability, and our environment allows for a safe space for learning and growth.
Location
Aida’s Wonderschool is located in a bright, warm single family home in the Bellflower neighborhood.
We’ve designed our care environment with play and learning areas that allow children to explore various developmentally-appropriate activities based on their interests. Some of our favorite areas include manipulatives and math area (for fine motor skills and beginning math concepts), reading / cozy area (for literacy, relaxation, and respite), and art area (for expressing emotions and ideas).
Children will have some outdoor time everyday in my private yard or outdoor space. Connecting with nature is vital to a child’s happiness and growth.
At Aida’s Wonderschool, I want to provide an environment that supports the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of each child.
About our program
I have my AA in Early Childhood Education, and worked as a nanny for 3 years before opening my program.

Come see what makes Aida’s Wonderschool unique. Please schedule a tour or attend an Open House event.
3. Submit an Enrollment Application
If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.
4. Enroll
After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
