Hello, My name is Malaika Lazenby. I started my daycare because my whole life I have been surrounded by kids. I am the oldest out of 7 siblings so by nature I have a caring, loving heart and love to take care of kids. My grandma opened a daycare, and I worked there through high school. I got really inspired and years later decided to open a daycare of my own. I am dedicated to providing your children a safe, nurturing environment where they can play, develop, learn social and academic skills, and feel right at home.

We believe children learn best through routine and a mix of structure and fun, hands-on learning experiences. There will be opportunities to do art, science experiences, and lots of other unique activities. There will also be plenty of opportunity for physical activity and free play. With smaller babies, we will focus on developing motor skills and connection.

Caring and Learning Daycare will be opening its doors in the Fall of 2023. The program offers full-time, part-time and short term care.

Our Daycare is special because we prioritize your child’s learning and development. We want to ensure this environment helps them feel safe, nurtured, and comfortable with developing new skills.
