Owner operator Ms. Crystal is a credentialed teacher with 10 years of experience in both traditional and Montessori teaching philosophies. She is also a mother to a loving 5 year old boy and can understand the needs of working parents.

I believe each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, warm and caring atmosphere to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically and socially. I believe each child has their way of learning or understanding. I believe as an educator it is my responsibility to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking and invites a sharing of ideas. I believe children need freedom to explore, opportunities to make choices and challenges that test their developing skills.
