I have been working with children for over 10 years, though I never initially planned to make it my career. While I have always loved children, it wasn’t until a friend recognized my natural ability and asked me to care for her children that I considered it professionally. The children enjoyed being with me so much that she encouraged me to get certified through the state to run an in-home childcare.
What started as a small in-home service has since grown into a licensed childcare facility. I now have the capacity to care for up to 12 children and employ one staff member. Over the years, I have gained extensive training, including certifications in CPR, first aid, West Virginia Infant and Toddler training, behavioral training, and more. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Nicole Mosley has been working in childcare for about two years and has developed a strong passion for nurturing young children. She is trained in CPR, first aid, and various aspects of child development, ensuring she provides a safe and enriching environment for every child in her care.
For the past year, Nicole has been an invaluable part of Crystal’s Village, where she has gained hands-on experience and expanded her knowledge through daily interactions and continuous learning. As part of our commitment to excellence, she participates in ongoing training each year, meeting the state’s required hours for professional development.
Nicole is dedicated to creating a warm and supportive space where children can grow, learn, and feel secure. Her enthusiasm and commitment to early childhood education make her a valued member of our team.

Philosophy
At Crystal’s Village, we believe that children learn best through play. Our program is play-based yet structured, ensuring that while children engage in fun and meaningful activities, they are also developing important skills. Through careful observation, we tailor lessons to support each child’s growth, creating opportunities for learning through play.
We follow a daily schedule to help children become familiar with routines, providing a sense of security and structure. Our infant classroom offers individualized plans to meet each baby’s unique developmental needs, while our toddler class encourages exploration through choice time and small group activities.
Our goal is to foster a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can thrive while having fun!
