The Partnership

Wonderschool helps increase access to quality child care close to where people live. Landed helps essential professionals buy homes close to where they work. 

• • With the Wonderschool/Landed partnership, you can buy a home to start a home-based business or while operating a Wonderschool program. 
  • Through a shared appreciation program, Wonderschool providers can receive assistance with a 20% down payment program (with 5% down on their part.)
  • Wonderschool providers can receive support from a personalized team that includes a partner agent and a Landed homebuying lead.
  • Free homebuyer educational resources and comprehensive reviews of property reports to help at any stage of the homebuying journey will be made available.

Who Is Eligible Today?

Landed’s down payment program is open to all child care providers in select states associated with Wonderschool who work 20+ hours/week and is available immediately.

Participants do not need to be first-time homebuyers and there are no income or asset limits needed to qualify.

Landed is available in select areas of the following states: 

California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaiʻi, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Washington State. To see a full list of eligible cities, click here.
