The sister program of Mi Casita Azul de Noe Valley Preschool, is opening an infant and toddler program.
We believe that children learn through playing and exploring. We strive to create a fun learning environment where children are encouraged to engage in activities that help them learn and develop.
We partner with parents to raise healthy, happy children and emphasize two-way communication as essential to this partnership. We believe that…
Young children can learn another language if given the opportunity to experiment with the new language and culture in a motivating environment. When children are engaged in social interactions with interesting activities in Spanish, language learning is natural. When a child can experiment with a variety of activities on a daily basis, they develop their social, cognitive and language proficiencies. An immersion language program where children experience Spanish in a meaningful, real-life context is very effective. Children are precious and must receive care from adults who are capable and caring and whose values enable them to be excellent role models. Children should experience numerous positive learning milestones leading to an increased sense of competence and independence. Children’s play is extremely vital to healthy physical development, acceptable social skills, and cognitive growth.
