West Virginia Tri-Share, making childcare more affordable for working families
Through the West Virginia Tri-Share Program, the cost of childcare is split three ways: one part paid by the employer, one part by the employee, and one part by the State of West Virginia. Tri-Share can significantly reduce your employees’ child care costs, allowing them to get back to work knowing their kids are happy and safe.

Support Your Team—Build a Stronger Workforce
Tri-Share helps employers strengthen recruitment, boost retention, and improve productivity by making childcare more affordable for working families. As an employer, you choose how much to contribute toward your employees’ monthly childcare costs, and the State of West Virginia matches your contribution on a sliding scale. Employees pay the remaining portion. Together, we make childcare more affordable.
There are no fees, no complex systems, and no extra burden on your team—Wonderschool handles the paperwork and payment coordination.
