It is our philosophy that all children will prosper if learning is made fun. Teaching should be constructive and take place in a child’s immediate environment. The teaching should be age appropriate and must involve and promote language and literacy development skills at all levels. At Smart Cookie Learning Center II we will respect and recognize parents and family, as the first and most influential teacher’s in a child’s life. Therefore much energy is put into developing a supportive partnership with parents and families to enhance the learning of our little cookies!

It is our mission to provide a safe and supportive, high quality learning environment for preschool aged children and their families from Richmond and neighboring communities, one of which fosters positive early childhood education development and strong family units regardless of sex, race, color, creed and national origin. We also support and provide homework help, tutoring, activities and meals for school aged children.
