Dominique Whiting is the Owner and Lead Caregiver of Nique’s Village Daycare, a nurturing in-home childcare program located in Hampton, Virginia. With a deep passion for early childhood development, Dominique created Nique’s Village to provide families with a safe, loving, and home-like environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
Dominique’s vision for Nique’s Village Daycare is rooted in the belief that it truly takes a village to raise a child. She values strong relationships with both children and families and believes that trust, communication, and consistency are the foundation of quality childcare. Her favorite part of caregiving is forming meaningful bonds with each child and supporting their development during their most important early years.
By maintaining small group sizes, Dominique is able to provide individualized care, intentional routines, and age-appropriate learning experiences especially for infants and toddlers. She is committed to creating a warm, structured, and supportive space where every child feels seen, loved, and celebrated.
