Hello! I am Lakesha, the founder of Busy Bees Learning Center- Wonderschool. I was born and raised in Austin Texas but currently live in Missouri City. Becoming a mother at the age of 15 has given me the compassion, patience and God given spirit to love all children despite their differences or circumstances. We are proud members of our community. With your help, our goal is to inspire as many children as possible through education and self awareness.

At Busy Bees Learning Center- Wonderschool, we believe that children should have the support that they need to learn and grow at their own pace. We develop a love for learning that will continue over each child’s lifetime. Busy Bees Learning Center- Wonderschool specializes in finding creative alternatives to meet kids where they are developmentally and to inspire them a set the foundation for their education.

Busy Bees Learning Center- Wonderschool is located in a welcoming, inviting single family home in the Hunter’s Glen five neighborhood.

Children will have some outdoor time everyday in my private yard or outdoor space. Children need space to run, jump, and move!

At Busy Bees Learning Center- Wonderschool, I want to provide an environment that supports the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of each child.

Busy Bee’s promotes education using a strong sense of self as a solid foundation. In our child-led learning environment children obtain life long gifts like social skills, creativity, and confidence. Our mix aged classroom creates opportunities for your child to become mentors and leaders. Fostering independence, We feature hands on learning material, meeting your child’s curiosity. Through our passion for working with children, we are supporting our communities, and building stronger bonds.

2. Tour our program

Come see what makes Busy Bees Learning Center- Wonderschool unique. Please schedule a tour or attend an Open House event.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application. Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
