Sharon is a teacher who has over 30 years of experiences of teaching in a child care setting. Sharon specialize in developmentally delayed children. She has experienced first hand the challenges of having children that are delayed. She understands that it takes a village of love, patience, encouragement, to provide an environment of trust and self-confidence.

Daphne is a mother and grandmother. She has educated her children for years. She is new to the child care setting. She is energetic. Eager to learn and ecstatic to teach. The children love her grandmotherly cuddles and hugs.

Krysten is a young lovable, artistic, young lady. Krysten provides artistic freedom that only she can provide.

I attended Precious Lamb when I was a child with my sister and cousins. I am now a parent. My children are a second generation of Precious Lamb babies. Everyone is family there. Mrs. Sharon has come to our school and dealt with things that concerned us. We have always felt safe and loved. I wanted the same things for my children. It is so hard to trust anyone. There was no question as to where my children would attend child care. I am and my children are forever Precious Lamb babies!

Our onboarding philosophy prioritizes providing the best educational and developmental experience to children and families through a developmental appropriate program. Meanwhile, our additional philosophy emphasizes creating a family environment where love, safety, respect, and empowerment are at the core. We focus not only on the educational and developmental needs of the children but also on their emotional well-being by engaging in appropriate conversations and empowering them to understand their importance and value.

We have been educating and loving on children for over 30 years. We understand the importance of children needing a safe place to thrive. It has been our experience that a delayed children will flourish when they are allowed too. No two people are alike. Therefore, a child must be allowed to learn and develop in a way that is best for them. We celebrate every accomplishment a child makes. We don’t compare ourselves to other child cares and we don’t compare children. Precious Lamb has produced NFL Players, Educators, Police Officers, Insurance agents, a nd so on.
