I am the only teacher here! I have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood and 20 years of experience in the child care industry and I exceed the state requirements and qualifications.

I participate in ongoing training in the areas of child growth and development, healthy and safe environments, developmentally appropriate practices, guidance, family relationships, cultural and individual diversity, and professionalism.

My philosophy is based on the firm belief that a positive relationship must exist between the parent and my facility. Parents are the first and most important teachers. A positive relationship between parents and my facility is strongly encouraged through their experience in my home. I believe communication is necessary to insure a positive experience for each child in my care.

I believe children learn primarily through play and exploration of their environment while engaged in relationships with peers and responsive adults to meet their cognitive, physical, social and emotional development goals. I also believe children learn best when they feel comfortable, know what is expected of them, can experience success, and are able to express themselves in a warm, secure, and nurturing environment. It is my responsibility to promote their growth by providing them with a stimulating, accepting, and comfortable place to spend their day.

If we are not currently hosting tours, you’ll see a “Request Info” button at the top of this page; if you submit your information using this button, we will notify you when we start host tours again in the future.

3. Submit an Enrollment Application

If you would like to enroll, please submit an application at www.wonderschool.com/rosealee-a-hepler-family-daycare-6089/apply – note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the program.

4. Enroll

After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
