Create a cooperative community in the classroom; model for students the importance of mutual respect and cooperation among all community members. We recognize that each child has their own unique way of learning, progresses at their own pace, and responds to different approaches based on their individual maturation levels. Encouraging self-reliance is a key focus for us, as we empower children to take on tasks within their capabilities while supporting their acquisition of new skills. We believe that a positive self-concept is cultivated when children are able to set and achieve their own goals, accomplish tasks independently, collaborate effectively with others, and receive affirmation and encouragement from those around them.
