Nicole Lee, Director/Educator
Nicole, has been a strong advocate for Early Childhood Education since receiving her certification in 2006. Driven by her lifelong dream to create her own childcare program, she launched her vision shortly after starting her family. Nicole believes that children are active participants in their learning and refers to them as “little teachers,” recognizing their ability to enrich educational experiences themselves for everyone around them. Her philosophy centers on providing a nurturing and inclusive environment that respects diversity and allows children to express their individuality and be heard. By promoting exploration and self-directed learning, Nicole ensures that every child feels valued and empowered, giving them a environment to thrive in.
