our teachers Lead with love, patience, kindness, and empathy. Our experienced and highly trained teachers spend their days singing, playing, dancing, building, guiding, and leading children while recognizing each individual has their own strengths, challenges, and abilities and adapting the day or lesson to best meet each child’s needs. Teachers are encouraged to be independent with their lessons—there’s a theme of the week and they create a plan to best fit their classroom development. Foster a lifelong love for learning with all children.
Filosofía
At Blue Skies & Butterflies, we prioritize the cognitive, physical, and emotional development of young children within a play-based preschool environment. Our inclusive philosophy ensures all children feel welcome and respected, with a focus on incorporating families’ cultures into our systems and services. Days are dedicated to active and passive play, social and physical development, and relationship building to promote kindergarten readiness and independence.
