All of our Lead Teachers have an Associates Degree in Early Learning Education. Our Pre K and Preschool teachers have been with Little Bug for over 12 years and the Infant Toddler teacher has been with Little Bug for 8 years.

Children learn through play and experimentation with encouragement and positive role models. We allow children to explore and guide our teachers through their world of play and learning. We at Little Bug believe in our children and their families.

Our program is play based. We follow the New Mexico Early Learning Guidelines in our lesson planning and student observations. We use a structured approach in productive play, with special focus on social emotional growth and encouraging independence.
We have many social events during the year that involve the whole family, we believe that our students are supported first by family and second by school, when we show our students that their families are also a part of school they are more secure and willing to learn.
