I’m Jennifer, the founder of Level Up Learning, an in-home childcare program designed to give children a nurturing, stimulating, and fun environment where they can grow and thrive. My journey in childcare began when I was just 12, starting as a mother’s helper. It was during this time that I discovered my love for working with children and realized how fulfilling it was to be part of their early development.

After that, I became an Infant Teacher at Bright Horizons, where I spent six years working with babies. I had the privilege of helping infants grow, explore, and learn in a safe and loving environment, and that experience further deepened my passion for early childhood education.

Now, I’ve combined everything I’ve learned over the years to create Level Up Learning. My goal is to provide a personalized childcare experience where each child feels supported and encouraged, and where they can develop at their own pace through meaningful play and exploration. It’s an honor to help children build the skills and confidence they need to succeed, and I’m excited to be part of their learning journey!

At Level Up Learning, I believe that children are most engaged and motivated to learn when lessons are centered around their individual interests. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when a child is excited about what they’re learning, and the best way to ignite that passion is by incorporating their favorite things into the curriculum. When learning feels like play, children are more likely to retain information, develop new skills, and build a lifelong love of learning. My teaching philosophy is all about making education fun, relevant, and driven by the curiosity and interests of each child.

Our small group setting allows for individual attention, ensuring that each child grows at their own pace, both socially and academically. At Level Up Learning, every child is treated as unique, and their learning journey is guided with care and passion.
