At Brian’s Place, the onboarding philosophy emphasizes incorporating age-appropriate activities to advance physical and intellectual competence, utilizing the New Jersey Birth to Three Learning Standards to enhance learning and development. Variety of developmentally appropriate equipment, learning experiences, and teaching strategies are employed to promote physical and cognitive development. In addition, the additional philosophy underscores the belief in providing a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere for every unique child to grow emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. Teaching strategies focus on supporting toddlers’ language and early literacy learning, encouraging verbal and nonverbal communication of thoughts and feelings. Activities are designed to be fun, sparking curiosity and creativity through opportunities for self-expression in play, art, music, and rhythm.
