Star realized her dream of having her own in home childcare program after the birth of her daughter. Her favorite thing about what she does is exploring nature & creating exciting activities for the children to learn from and enjoy. She also enjoys the opportunity to build relationships with the children and their families. She believes that small class size and the development of a strong community allow her and her family to really know each child as an individual and to provide a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.

Before my son went there he was a bit antisocial and codependent but I noticed him open up and become a lot more curious, independent, and playful after only a few days with A Thriving Start.
