As the director of this program, I have over 25 years of experience working in early childhood education. I am also the mother of a 9-year-old adopted daughter. Even before I was born, God shared with my mother the wisdom to spell my name. Conswayla means the caring person of God. I believe that I am a very caring person, both in our program and outside in our entire community, striving to always give back to everyone. I am also an Eastern Star and try to focus on giving back, caring for others throughout their life with Christ.
I opened this program because I have always had a passion and love for working with children. This is a special gift & calling, allowing me to serve all children with all their unique needs. I will never give up on a child and their family, and as a mother, I strive to connect with all our families as a parent to find the best ways to offer support.
My degree is in Psychology, and I have also just finished my CDA credential. I have taken multiple trainings & certificate courses to work with and support children with special needs.

The primary purpose of our educational ministry is to teach students to have the mind & character of Jesus Christ. It is therefore inherent within their primary purpose to ensure that each child has the knowledge of God’s plan of salvation, accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord & savior, and grow in the maturity of Christian commitment to become an effective servant of the Lord.

Our program is conveniently located off Highway 55 South at exit 90b. Our neighborhood is near the Harley-Davidson motorcycle store close to Whitten Middle School.

Lil Labourers Daycare, which is a ministry that enhances ministry work throughout the community, and our purpose is to demonstrate the love of Christ to all who are willing to receive. We are striving to fulfill this purpose by addressing spiritual, social, emotional, economical & physical needs while peripherally facilitating the reconciliation in the body of Christ.
At our program, children are compassionately encouraged to discover their own strengths, gifts & talents. We believe that each child posses a tremendous capacity to learn. Learning is best accomplished in a place that is spiritual in nature, emotionally secure, physically safe, loving, caring & fun.
