Nuestros profesores

Tracy Lee is a retired administrator with extensive experience in education. Tracy earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Elementary Education from William Carey College. She furthered her education at the University of Southern Mississippi (USM), obtaining a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. Tracy persevered diligently to secure the credentials needed to fulfill her own dreams and is now passionately dedicated to helping children achieve theirs.

• Children are precious and must receive care from adults who are capable and caring, whose values enable them to be excellent role models.

• Children should experience numerous positive learning milestones, leading to an increased sense of competence and independence.

• Children’s play is extremely vital to healthy physical development, acceptable social skills, and cognitive growth.

• Teachers, drawing upon their training and experience, must create an appropriate educational environment that carefully guides children from one developmental level to another.

• Parents contribute to and enhance the quality of care offered at Big Dreams Academy.

Through close collaboration with parents, we ensure each child receives the tailored support they need to succeed and confidently embark on their next academic journey.

To maintain consistency, discipline, and readiness, uniforms are required for all children, providing a sense of unity and preparation for future educational settings.
