My name is Josephine Shorter the Executive Director of Neighborhood Childcare Services 1 and 2. Joyce Gamble, Tameal Edwards, and Lashaundre Grace are truly Amazing Center Directors. Our staff is energetic and ethusiactic about enhancing the social capabilities of our children.
