Meet Our Director

Our director brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, dedicating her career to shaping young minds and creating meaningful learning experiences. Her passion for working with children started in her teenage years, as she found joy in serving her community and supporting families.

As a mother of four, she has firsthand experience in implementing effective, research-backed techniques that promote growth, curiosity, and independence in young children. Her journey as both an educator and a parent has deepened her commitment to providing high-quality childcare that nurtures the whole child.

She is currently working toward earning her Child Development Associate (CDA) certification, which further strengthens her expertise in leading a childcare program that prioritizes safety, engagement, and individualized learning. Her leadership ensures that Gather and Grow Childcare remains a place where every child feels valued, encouraged, and excited to learn.

For those traveling from Highway 55 South, we are only 7 minutes off the highway, making drop-offs and pickups seamless for busy families.
