Essence is an experienced childcare provider who has been in the childcare industry as a professional for 7 years. In 2018 she had a dream to create a childcare program that was geared towards children who prefer a more hand-on approach to learning and she has done just that. Her favorite thing about developing is seeing the results from the training and time spent with the children. She is continuing to expand her vision and continuing to pour into the children of her community.
