Lead Teachers are certified with the CDA, AA degree, BA degree, and/or MA degree. Bare Essentials Childcare Center has been serving our community for 25 years under the leadership of Ms. Tonya as the director, and has been Missouri Accredited since May 2000, emphasizing her focus on Early Childhood Learning Curriculums and Environments.

Prior to becoming the Director of Bare Essentials I taught in the Kansas City Public School District for 2 years.

Filosofía

Bare Essentials Childcare Center uses a play-based model curriculum called Project Construct. We believe in hands on learning through open ended questions, without guided answers from the teachers, so children develop the skills of knowing how to problem solve on their own, learn by doing, inventing, and creating from their own experiences.

Our location is 3200 Wayne Ave., conveniently located in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri Metropolitan Area. We are 2 minutes off the 71 highway and 10 minutes from downtown KCMO, and 10 minutes from the Plaza, and 6 minutes from Crown Center.

At Bare Essentials provides 24 hour care. Our Child Care Center, located in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri area, help children thrive in our educational environment. We like to call it SEESH! A place where your child is Safe, Engaged, Educated, Smiling, and Happy! Our unique approach emphasizes hands-on learning experiences that foster growth and school readiness for every child. With top-notch certified staff and a welcoming family atmosphere, we help children develop and learn through play.

Our Mission: Bare Essentials is committed to serving all children and is designed with the working parent in mind. We believe every child is entitled to quality childcare and we offer the best quality childcare services. Every child has an opportunity to create, explore, learn and interact through hands-on experiences. Children develop a positive self-image and they are respected and loved.

Our Bare Essentials Childcare Program is where you want your child to be, whether infant, toddler, preschool, kindergarten and /or before and after programs, we offer flexible schedules that are intended to meet the parents needs and work schedule.

Offering Full time, part time, extended care, Before and After School and 24-hour care are offered.

Admisiones

Our admission process includes 4 items: Parent identification, immunization records, Well Child Exam form, $35 enrollment fee.
