I have been in childcare for several years; I also have a degree in elementary education as well. I decided to open my own daycare when i realized that there was a demand for childcare and my own kids needed daycare.

I will establish routines that are predictable and consistent. All children will be treated with gentleness, honesty, and respect. We will encourage them to treat others in this manner as well. I also believe that being outside is also important as well. I dont have the kids seat too long when doing school. We do some crafts projects and some science aka STEM projects as well.

I live in a quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The bus stops directly in front of my house.

I use a Carol’s curriculum for schooling for preschool. We have gone on a couple of different field trips in the past years. This year went to a petting zoo this past summer in June, then October we went to a pumpkin patch I invited a parent to come. We attend summer reading program at the local library in town.
