Caitlyn Colingsworth, director and operator.
Caitlyn is currently studying Early Childhood Education with a background of 9 years childcare experience. In 2022, she realized her dream of having an in home daycare after the birth of her first child. Her favorite thing about what she does is developing relationships with the children that she teaches and their families. She believes that small class size and the development of a strong community allow her to really know each child as an individual and to provide a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.

At Little Sprouts Academy, we strive to create a safe and caring community of young learners inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. Our program is a place where children can learn through doing, invent through making, and solve problems by working together. We believe in providing a nurturing, supportive, and inspiring environment for children to thrive in.

We are located in the city of Battlefield, in a single family home in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We are just two short blocks from Battlefield City Park. With the freeway just 6 minutes down the road, commuting is a breeze.
