Dr. Cynthia Hines, Director

Cynthia graduated from Baker College with a degree in Business Leadership, Masters from Central Michigan in Administration and a Doctorate in Health Administration. Developing the minds of youth has been a life long passion. She’s the mother of 5 and grandmother of 8. Cynthia began getting involved with child as a parent volunteer and later a K-12 school board member for 16 years. She also has years of experience working with children through children ministries, arts and music as a parent helper and ministry leader. She believes that every child can excel given the proper support, tools and exposure. The earlier we start cultivating young minds the greater the chance of success.

Ubicación

Our location is centrally located in Macomb County. Situated on the edge of Saint Clair Shores, walking distance to Roseville, just a few minutes drive from Warren, Fraser and Utica. The Center is a full service with 4 classrooms with great indoor and outdoor play space.

Our program is all about learning through play, appropriate interactions, school readiness through experiential learning. We engage families and the community through special events and celebrations through out the year. We work hard to create a diverse and inclusive environment where each child can excel.
