Hello, welcome to our program! My name is RaShonda McDaniels, the founder and director of Little Steps Daycare . I have my CDA. I have been caring for young children for about 11 years. This is the only thing I’ve ever done. Immediately after high school, I started working with children. I am a parent of 3 children of my own, ages 7 years old, 4 years and a 2 year old. I am passionate about early education and truly love having an impact on the earliest stage of children’s academic lives. I am excited to provide new experiences they wouldn’t get anywhere else. I also love to treat the children like they are my own.
Filosofía
Little Steps Daycare follows a play- based philosophy. This philosophy will teach social,cognitive, and emotional development. This means that children in our program will benefit by engaging in an atmosphere that’s developmentally appropriate with quality care and love. This means that children in our program will benefit by learning together while involving families.
Ubicación
We are located two blocks from Muskegon High School off of Laketon Avenue. We do have a full fenced in playground in our backyard.
Acerca de nuestro programa
We bring in vendors for fun experiences. Past experiences are farms animals, choir, Christmas programming, ice cream making, etc. We are a small program but we love to have our children have fun and experience fun things.
