I have a BA in Human Services. I have been caring for children since I was 11 years old. I have been licensed over 20 years. I’m First Aid and CPR certified. I receive at least 10 hours a year in training on childcare related topics.

Welcome to Learning Thru Play! Children are provided with opportunities to learn in a family-like setting in a mixed age group environment. Your child will feel safe and loved as they continue to build a positive self- image. They will receive quality personalized and individualized care in a warm and loving home. In addition, they will have the opportunity to gain practice in language arts, math, science, fine motor, large motor and self-help skills. Ultimately, it is my mission to show the children in my care how learning can be fun thru play!

Our program is located in between First Street and South Blackstone. We are located near Hinkley’s Bakery. The city bus runs on South Blackstone, making it convenient for anyone using public transportation to get to our program. There are also public schools with bus stops nearby, also making it easier for anyone looking for before or after-school care for their children.
We have a large fenced-in yard with plenty of outdoor play structures, toys and activities to keep children engaged while outside!
